do you know a little? can you even see a little?

Do you think its possible to know so much and see so much, that you actually don't know or see anything at all? Does that even make sense to anyone but me?
I guess it goes hand in hand with the idea that you need to step back to see the whole picture because some tiny details that you focus on won't even be visible when the entire picture is brought into the light. Tiny strokes or etchings that would be seen as ugly or unlikable would be unnoticeable if one were to step back. The same thing goes with people. Would tiny details make the person completely unlikable while the person as a whole is generally lovable? It just baffles me how ignorant some people can become because they focus on such little things. But at the same time, i have to step back and look at the whole thing myself. Its possible that some people suffer from stress-induced ignorance where their tense minds are clouded of better judgment.

Just a thought I had because i'm stressed myself.

You're right, and there happens to be an expression for that mode of thought which is when one "Only sees the trees and misses the forest".

I mean, if life was like a cookie, there would be a lot of ingredients, and a person who only focuses on one ingredient would do something nasty like eating straight baking soda. Nasty.
